Commercial furniture is residential furniture with a budget for being replaced. We build it to be repaired instead. Cushion inserts are individually removable; covers are zippered for laundering; structural joints are bolt-and-glue so they can be tightened years in. Volume orders see your account assigned a designated maker who knows every piece personally.

FR-rated fabric is the default for cafe and hotel work. We carry a stocked range of FR-compliant Belgian wool, FR Italian bouclé, and PU-coated cotton.

How a commercial project runs

The same eight stages, with three additions.

Every commercial project follows the residential eight-stage process, plus three steps specific to volume work:

  • Mock-up. One full prototype of each piece is built and shipped to your premises before the production run. You sign off in situ before we cut the rest.
  • Phased delivery. Large orders can be split across phases to align with construction or trading timelines. We hold finished stock at the workshop free for up to four weeks.
  • Service contract. Optional six-monthly cushion-rotation and tightening visit, available across Klang Valley for projects of 24 pieces or more.
