Bespoke since 2009

Furniture, built to the room you already have.

We are a small workshop in Petaling Jaya making sofas, dining sets and beds to your dimensions, in materials you have actually touched. No catalogue. No showroom markup. Joinery you can see, fabric you chose yourself.

The Workshop

Honest furniture for rooms that are actually lived in.

Most of what fills Malaysian homes is built in long factory runs to a guessed-at average. The cushions sag, the joints loosen, the proportions never quite fit. We start the other way around: with your room, your tape measure, and a conversation about what you sit on, eat at, and sleep in every day.

01

Measured on site

A maker (not a salesperson) visits with a laser measure and a sample case. Dimensions of doorways, ceiling heights, sightlines — everything that changes a piece — is recorded before quoting.

02

Cured solid timber

Frames are American white oak, walnut or local nyatoh, kiln-dried below twelve percent moisture so they do not warp in our humidity. No softwood substitutions hidden inside upholstery.

03

Built one room at a time

Our workshop runs six concurrent projects, not sixty. The maker who jointed your frame will be the one who delivers and adjusts it. Nobody is more than a phone call from your build.

How a piece comes together

From measured tape to fully assembled, you stay in the loop.

The brief is the longest stage. We ask for the room, the routines, and the budget — in that order. Then a sample pack of every material under consideration. Most clients spend a week with that pack before approving. After sign-off, we send three short build updates: frame jointed, upholstered, finished.

Delivery and assembly is by the same maker. They will adjust the foot levellers, run a final stain touch-up if needed, and walk through care instructions before leaving. The piece is yours from day one with no follow-up invoices.

Questions, briefly answered

What clients usually want to know first.

If the answer you need is not here, the contact form lands directly with a maker, not a sales filter. Most replies go out the same day.

Ask us anything
How long does a custom piece take to build?

Most upholstered pieces are ready in six to eight weeks from sign-off. Solid timber dining sets run nine to twelve weeks because the wood needs to settle. We confirm an exact date in writing before any deposit changes hands.

Do you ship across Malaysia?

Yes. We deliver and install across Peninsular Malaysia ourselves, and arrange freight to Sabah and Sarawak. Delivery and installation cost is itemised on every quote — never folded into the piece price.

Can I see and feel materials before committing?

Always. Once a brief is open, we send a sample pack of every fabric, leather and timber under consideration, plus joinery offcuts. Most clients hold the pack at home for a week before deciding.

Do you take commercial orders?

We do — cafes, boutique hotels, co-working lobbies, and serviced apartments. Around a third of our annual output is hospitality work. Volume discounts begin at twelve pieces.

What if a piece does not fit after delivery?

We measure the route to your room before the build starts. In the rare case a piece will not fit, we rework it at our cost. Bespoke means it has to land where you want it.

How are your prices structured?

A fixed quote after the brief is locked, with a forty percent deposit to start, balance on delivery. No incremental upcharges during the build — if something changes scope, we re-quote first.

Have a room in mind? Tell us about it.

Send dimensions, an inspiration photo, or just a paragraph of what you are after. We will reply with a starting direction and an honest range — no pressure, no auto-emails.
